Third-Party Platform Purchases.
FreshStart30 sells some products through third-party platforms — most notably the Fresh Start 30 book on Amazon. We cannot process refunds for purchases made on platforms we don't control.
Amazon handles its own returns and refunds. Visit your Amazon order history and request a return through Amazon's policy. We have no ability to issue refunds for Amazon purchases or override Amazon's return window.
If you also purchased a digital FreshStart30 program directly on freshstart30.com, that purchase remains covered by our 60-day guarantee separately from the book.
How to Request a Refund.
Refunds are requested by email. There is no form to fill out and no portal to log in to. Just four steps:

Send your request to info@freshstart30.com within 60 days of your original purchase date.
Include your details
Your name, the email address used at checkout, your order number (if you have it), and a brief description of the program you purchased.
Tell us why (optional but helpful)
A short note about your experience helps us improve. You don't have to justify your request — but if something specific didn't work for you, we want to know.
We process
We verify your purchase, approve the refund, and send confirmation. Funds return to your original payment method.
Processing Time.
Here's roughly how long things take:
- Email reply — within 1–2 business days from us.
- Refund approval & processing — typically within 3–5 business days once approved.
- Funds back to your card or PayPal — typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Total time from request to funds-in-hand is usually 7–15 business days. Bank processing times are outside our control.
Refund Method.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid by credit card, the refund returns to that card. If you paid via PayPal, the refund returns to your PayPal account.
We cannot redirect refunds to a different card, account, or method — this is a fraud-prevention requirement from our payment processors, not a FreshStart30 policy.
Membership Cancellation.
FreshStart30 paid memberships are one-time payments with lifetime access — not recurring subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel after purchase. You will not be charged again.

Abuse & Exceptions.
The 60-day guarantee is offered in good faith. We reserve the right to deny refunds when we identify abuse, including but not limited to:
- Multiple refunds requested across separate accounts by the same person
- Refunds requested after downloading and distributing protected content
- Refunds requested as part of a pattern of buy-refund-rebuy across our products
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us
- Misrepresentation of identity or purchase circumstances
In rare cases involving extraordinary circumstances outside the standard 60-day window — extended hospitalization, family emergency, payment processor error — contact us. We review case-by-case and try to be reasonable.
